E-Initiative is a group of companies involved in similar market sectors offering complimentary services and products.

E-Initiative was established to enable its members to offer an “umbrella” of services rather than just their own individual specialities. This enables the group to compete on a more even footing with larger companies whilst maintaining the flexibility and innovation typically found in smaller concerns.

The focus of the group is to provide solutions rather just products. This involves developing close working relationships with our customers and assisting to deliver cost savings and productivity improvements. These cost savings are typically achieved through innovation rather than just margin cutting.

The rationale behind this approach is simple – margins for commodity items are very similar throughout industry and innovation and process improvement offers the only route to deliver year on year improvement rather than one off savings.
